Therapy is a space to explore the patterns, pain points, and longings that shape your life - and to begin relating to them in a way that feels more honest, grounded, and aligned with what truly matters to you.

Are you feeling stuck in cycles of behaviour or emotion that no longer serve you? Maybe it’s anxiety, fear, low mood, overeating, or addictive patterns. Perhaps relationship stress, harsh self-beliefs, or a deep sense that something isn’t working anymore.

These are not signs of failure, they are invitations. Points of tension that often mark the beginning of real change.

I offer evidence-based, grounded therapy that helps you:

  • Understand and untangle stuck emotional patterns

  • Reconnect with your strengths and direction

  • Build real tools for healing and self-leadership

I won’t analyse you from afar. I will work beside you, using methods like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Unified Protocol, Mind-Body Bridging, and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnosis, tailored to your nature and needs.

When useful, I also draw from my background in the biological sciences. If relevant, we can integrate body-based insights into the process, such as gut-brain patterns, nervous system dysregulation, or the toll of lifestyle overwhelm. Therapy here can be deep, precise, and whole.
